Ryan Sweeney focuses his practice in the areas of real property, construction, business, estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation, dedicating himself to his clients' business and personal legal needs. He is admitted to practice in Michigan's State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts, including their corresponding appellate divisions.

Ryan's areas of practice include:

  • Real property law, including construction disputes, title and boundary disputes, buying and selling real property, and landlord/tenant rights.
  • Estate planning, Trust administration, and Probate (decedents estates, guardianship and conservatorship disputes), and Estate administration.
  • Business law, including formation, buying and selling, licensing, contracts, and litigation.

Ryan obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan in 2003 and his Law Degree (J.D.) from Michigan State University College of Law in 2006. During law school Ryan interned for the Criminal Appellate Division of the Michigan Attorney General's Office. He lives in Ann Arbor with his wife Corinne and son Jack.
