Daniel J. Cramer
Daniel J. Cramer focuses his practice on Federal and State tax audits, tax appeals and tax settlements, business formation, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, probate proceedings, real estate, and Michigan liquor license matters. He has been licensed to practice in Michigan since 1978 and in Florida since 1981, and has practiced in Ann Arbor since 1983. He is admitted to practice in the courts of Michigan and Florida, the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the 6th Circuit and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Tax Court.
Mr. Cramer received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 1975, his J.D. (cum laude) from the Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law) in 1978, where he served as an editor of the law review, and his Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM) from the University of Miami School of Law in 1983. He has published articles in the Michigan Bar Journal, the University of Detroit Journal of Urban Law, and the Michigan State University College of Law Review.
Mr. Cramer represents businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals. His business clients include manufacturing, construction, restaurant, professional services, and technology companies.
