Daniel C. Cramer

Daniel C. Cramer focuses his practice on tax planning, tax appeals and tax settlements, real estate, business formation, commercial transactions, estate planning, probate proceedings, and Michigan liquor license matters. He has been licensed to practice in Michigan since 2015.

Mr. Cramer received his bachelor’s degree from the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan (2010), his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law (2014), and his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law (2015).

While attending law school, Mr. Cramer interned at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Detroit. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cramer worked in the Executive Office of the State of Michigan. Mr. Cramer is the Chair of Business and Tax Law section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
